Oklahoma

So when I came here I was fairly nervous that I would not identify with the kids here or make the same connections I did with the others at my old school. Well I was so wrong.  I adore them and never knew I could feel so much pride for my students.  Last night, I went to the schools performance of Oklahoma, which I must say I was kinda dreading as I usually really do not like going to these events.  But, it was brilliant, fantastic, 3 of the main characters I taught and I was bursting with pride (like my maths teaching had anything to do with their drama!), I kept telling people sitting with me in the audience 'I teach him. I teach her..'

I love my job :)
