So tonight life changes for 30 very lucky young ladies who have signed up for junior girls basketball. They will be lucky enough to have Patrick Weir and myself as coaches of their basketball team. With our combined extensive knowledge (Patrick has seen the game played once or twice) and I played on a school team 16 years ago, these girls will surely surely blossom into world champion basketball players. And if not, at least, we will instill in them the importance of participation and having fun as both of us are not competitive at all...
I will keep you posted on our progress (if I never post another word about this again it means it is probably not going so well!).
