It is always a treat to go to Alison and Simon's for dinner. She is an amazing cook and last night did not disappoint. A fabulous pasta followed by the best bread pudding ever. I will not eat raisins, quite frankly feel like a waste of a good grape BUT in her pudding they were was delicious. Luis's Mum had the best night, after being in her apartment in Quito for eight months she was overwhelmed to be at someone's house for supper.
As usual a lovely night.
