Central World Race and Sunday Roast

Today is Monday and I am exhausted.  I got plenty of sleep last night but suppose I lost a lot on Saturday night.  I entered a 5 mile (8km) race in Bangkok and the start time was 4am.  My alarm went off at 2:45am.  It was definitely the busiest race I have ever been too.  More than 10, 000 people.  In my category 35 plus (which is a hard category, usually way more defined!), I came 31 out of 595, so I was very happy.  I then went home and started cooking and cleaning.  We were having Nadia's family and Luis's Ecuadorian friend to dinner.  I also, wisely, decided to try something new.  A mushroom and spinach Wellington (inspired by the trial in Australia of women who poisoned her family at a meal with a Wellington).  I was impressed by myself and how awake I felt. BUT today I am dragging my feet.  I am not sure how I will make it through the day!
