Just down the mountain, not too far away lies the valley of Cumbaya. I went yesterday properly for the first time (have driven through before), it is 5 degrees warmer than the main city of Quito so already I am love with it.

A fairly delicious Sunday lunch
Then out for traditional Ecuador ice cream which uses no cream, just ice, sugar, flavour (from what I can tell). The picture above is of the making of the ice cream. A great Sunday after a fairly calm weekend.
