Pre - Race Day

Saturday we relaxed before race day.  Had a pasta loading dinner and a wander around.  It was so incredibly busy. Apparently 18,000-20,000 people racing and the small town was packed.  Friday night we could not believe how empty it was. I guess people were flying in.  And a family I was so excited to see was one of those families.  Dan, Jocelyn, Gabby from my time in Ecuador arrived. We had a great lunch catching up.

In bed early for my 3:30am wake up.
