On Tuesday Luis hosted his Ecuadorian childhood friend Andi, and our buddy Mark for a dinner with his Mum. The last week his Mum is here this year we are trying to fit it all in. Although I think she enjoys all our social events, not all is she able to communicate with ease because of the Spanish/English barrier. This dinner she was relaxed in her eliminate in her home language. Instead of cooking our usual Mexican we cooked Indian (or rather took it out of the box). Super yummy!
