Ninja Spartans

Today Sebastian competed in a ninja Spartan kids event (a little bit of a knock off of the real Spartan events). Sixty children participated, 11 in Sebastian’s agecategory.  He was very nervous to do it on his own and needed some extra encouragement this morning. I was so super proud that he competed the entire thing and he got really into it.  There were ten,ten minute mini events and they had to run laps 4 different times through the afternoon for ten minutes. It was a lot! I don’t think many adults I know could have done it.  We were all exhausted when it was done.  And Sebastian was so proud when he got called to the podium after winning a bronze medal.
