Friday was a fairly long day, night for me. It started meeting Amy and John at Deia Beach for lunch and drinks. It was great we. had a lovely day. Sebastian made a great friend and played in the pool for about 5 hours and the six of us had a great time. The music, the vibe and the service were all excellent. The price too shocked me, I was quite concerned the bill would be triple. It was a good day.
On Thursday we had a full day of surfing, beach and then a tour of my cousin Vicki's rum distillery. The surf was rough, harder waves than we have ever been on, with rocks everywhere. We did well, Sebastian was the best, I was so impressed with how brave he was out there. Christian, an old friend of mine, runs the surf school and he was perfect (and his 1000 perfect reviews on trip advisor confirms this!). We then had a few hours at pebbles before heading to Vicki and Hottie's to have a tour of their distillery. It was impressive, it had come a long way since I had been there last and they are now offering tours to the public. We then got the extra treat of Vicki's cooking and an amazing vegan chili.
