On Thursday, we had a full day of surfing and beach time, then a tour of my cousin Vicki's rum distillery. The surf was rough, harder waves than we have ever been on, with rocks everywhere. We did well; Sebastian was the best. I was so impressed with how brave he was out there. Christian, an old friend of mine, runs the surf school, and he was perfect (and his 1000 perfect reviews on TripAdvisor confirm this!). We then spent a few hours at Pebbles before heading to Vicki and Hottie's for a tour of their distillery. It was impressive; it had come a long way since I had been there last, and they are now offering tours to the public. We then got the extra treat of Vicki's cooking and an amazing vegan chilli.
