We made it! I cannot pretend this was an easy start. NIST is a busy place to work, and it is always hard to adjust to a new environment. I also think we never fully appreciated what a huge change this would be for Sebastian and challenges that could bring. He is happy and loves Bangkok but equally missed The Bahamas and his life there loads. Throw in an emergency surgery and well it was not always easy. But we made it and are now packing the car for our four day road trip to Phuket that begins tomorrow.
Sebastian is so excited.
