Khao Yai National Park

This has to be my longest ever blog break!  Two weeks to catch up on and with good reason.  But I am going to start with talking about our long weekend two weeks ago, where it all began really.

We have two long weekends in a row, very exciting.  This one I booked for us to go two and a half hours North to a National Park in the mountains.  We left Friday morning for our two night stay.  From the minute we arrived I loved it.  It was a series of different sort of chalets each with their own unique charm.  The place was designed to look like a French village and had an immense amount of charm.  They had animals, loads of lovely dogs and were the nicest hosts we have come across.  The first evening we just played in the pool and strolled around.

We also had to dress the part with Ecuador playing in the World Cup that night (tie game).
