Sunday I ran a race that I ran last year. Competitive great prizes, so I knew it would just be about time, especially after the stairs the afternoon before. But I did it, and it was not fun. But when I look back to last year, I ran the 5km in 35 minutes and this year 10km in 53 minutes, so that is an improvement. We then had a morning at Gaelic Football and then play at the pool. An enjoyable full weekend.
