Luis getting a job at NIST this year means I get another year of the free New to NIST events. As Wednesday was a National holiday, there was an event on Tuesday evening. After bribing Sebastian with snacks and movie night we were able to sneak out. NIST is a huge school and departments stay pretty local during the day, therefore it was nice to have an opportunity to connect with people we would not normally.
The International teacher world is small. Lindsay worked with very good friends of ours in Paris.
