Tonight Janelle used Cinco de Mayo as a nice excuse to have a small pot luck dinner. It is a long weekend and to be fair who needs an excuse to have Mexican. We are also trying to start a very community orientated building. Weekly meals together is the plan. Often the kids play for ten minutes then fight for five, play a bit more and then another dispute arises. But today they managed four hours of what seemed like all play. I kept waiting for the tales of who did what to come but nope it really was a long fun filled play session.
And tomorrow is a holiday. Yippee!
