It took about one day at school to feel like I might have our holiday but then Nina and Pete arrived and things started looking up again. Nina and Pete are our life saving pet sitters that stayed 6 months longer in Phuket to ensure all our house was packed up and moved and more importantly that Lola was sent to us. They now live in Phuket (we have seen them the few times we have been there since our Thailand return) and have come to look after Lola this long weekend and visit with us. They are so lovely and it has been an enjoyable few days catching up.
Last night we had dinner at Lola's favourite spot Monkey Pod.
