I think I finally have an understanding of the 'football Mums' or drive behind competitive parenting. Of course, I should not buy into this. And I will try not to. On Wednesday we had crazy hat day in the primary school and I had forgotten to work on it over the weekend. Well I could not have him going without something so quickly put together a frog/gecko the night before.
He did not notice me stalking him form the sidelines. It was a lovely parade and he was so happy! And I would say it was in the top 80 percent of homemade hats, just saying.
