What a bizarre way to start a new school. Not ideal but what has been ideal in 2020? I still know less about this school after 4 months than I did after two weeks at others. I have yet to meet all the teachers or students in person. Everyone has been affected by Covoid and, on balance we have been fortunate. We only had one lockdown since arriving and things seem to be opening up. However, there have been many challenges in settling into a new place during these times. Very different than every other move. There have been many regrets, times of loneliness, and frustration. But we made it through the first term, Luis's Mum is here and we are thankful for what we do have. It is going to be a different holiday but we are going to do our best to make it the best.
