Nassau Quarantine

When we found out that we had to quarantine in Nassau for two weeks we did not really know what to expect.  The information the Bahamas was/is providing is less than clear. I am not really sure they know exactly what their plan is, so I guess a bit hard to pass on to us.  Either way, we were very relieved to learn that we did not have to quarantine in a state facility (original announcement) or a hotel room.  Instead, we are in a very nice two-bedroom cottage that even has a bit of outside space for Sebastian.  Two weeks feels like a long time but I guess we have been here before, like most of the world at some point.  It does make me realise how lucky we were to have our 7 weeks of lockdown in Barbados at New Acre and One Acre, having lots of people around made it actually fun.  But this time we need time alone, as we have so much work to do to prepare for our new jobs.  Therefore, we have set up work and Sebastian schedules and hopefully, this also makes the time pass faster.  After almost 5 months of not being in our own home, we are very much looking forward to getting to Freeport and our new place.

Sebastian learned to water plants from Tio Craig and is keen to keep up with it.

Living room, already a kiddie mess!  Let's hope these two weeks fly by and Freeport opens its borders again and we arrive mid- August!
