The Thames Traditional Boat Festival

We are becoming quite the river people, walking along the Thames everyday, watching the boats and now we have been to a traditional boat festival.  Every year Denny and Roy head down (or up, as not that much a river person yet) the river with their traditional boat to Henley to join in the festivities.  Last night we decided to head down and see what it is all about.  It looks like a great event of food, drink, and boats. Something that I would have been very keen to stay at for the night if I was not about to pop.

We actually even introduced Pipa to part of Henley she had never been to before, we are becoming quite the explorers!

The Dunkirk boats, an amazing part of British history.  A lovely evening out, I was super happy we went down to see it.
